Ottawa, Canada; December 1, 2025 – MOSAID Technologies Inc. announced today that it has acquired a select portfolio of semiconductor patents developed by MediaTek Inc., a global leader in semiconductor solutions and a pioneer in system on chip technologies powering a wide range of connected devices.
The acquired patents span key areas of semiconductor innovation, including memory, process, and advanced packaging technologies, further strengthening MOSAID’s portfolio across critical manufacturing and design domains. Terms of the transaction are confidential.
